Play-by-Post Gameday IV: Event Official Kickoff

Welcome to the official start of Play-by-Post Gameday IV

We officially have 180+ tables now, so congratulations to all of the 80+ amazing GMs who have offered their time to make the tables available. (And there are still new tables being created every day.)

Thank you to all the players who have come out as well. Looking at the event list, most of the tables are already FULL, and many others are near max capacity. That is a pretty awesome turnout.

There are plenty of tables with an open seat or two though, so anyone still looking to get involved in PbP Gameday IV, please check out the session list and see if there is anything that fits your fancy - still plenty of time to get in and enjoy the fun. (Session List)

I would also like to publicly thanks John Compton for helping make the event possible with all of his help making sure you guys get scenario support, prizes, and boons for the event. He worked very hard to make sure the scenario support got to you guys - so thank you very much for that, John.

There are many terrific play opportunities during the PbP Gameday, so I hope everyone has a chance to try out PbP and see what it has to offer. And I hope everyone has a terrific time. (If you are new to PbP, drop us an email and let us know what you think: Feedback.)

Should we have already been contacted for these? I signed up on the Warhorn a couple weeks ago for Nebulae's "Serpents' Rise" and haven't ever gotten anything.

As DM Beckett stated, if you find a lot of 'Orphaned' players in need of a table, I'd be willing to run something for them. Just let me know if the need arises!

I planned to run multiple tables & can still do so.

Also if a random new table starts & it happens to be Serpents Rise, please let me know :) EDIT: Actually I did not get in any. So if someone has any space for a player please let me know. I'd like to play at least one game day game :)

I'm sort of in the same boat. I'm really considering running another table as there is at least one other person with the same issue I know of. I've PMd you a little about that, but between you and he, that is half a party ready to go, and I can run anything people want, (minus specials).

GM's got emailed the boon details for discussion with their relevant lucky players.

I'm curious how many tables have already wrapped a first game. Fastest I saw was GM Feral who had a group tore through a PbP Scenario in around six hours.

Check your spam folder. I think that is a common issue with some of the official emails that go out.

They did happily (and quickly) supply me with another one on request, though.
