I've submitted an order on the 7th, and it's been almost two weeks and my order is still been in pending. I am a little concerned about this but I have not been charged for it and I'm in no rush. I'm just wondering if there is a step I'm missing? Or if it's going to ship all at once? Just asking for an update is all. No biggie.

It looks like your order is on a picklist right now, which means the warehouse is packing it up and getting it ready to go. We don't charge for orders until they ship. Yours looks like it will be on it's way shortly.
