It looks like your order is being held up by the Shalelu Andosana miniature, which is currently on order from our supplier.
By default, the order will want to wait until all of the products are in stock before it ships. Would you prefer to leave the mini in the order and wait for everything? Or would you prefer to move the miniature to your sidecart to be sent out with an upcoming subscription order once we receive it? Just reply to confirm your preference, and I'll be sure to take care of it as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the holdup, but because the order is part of our subscriptions, it's just held up in a bit of warehouse traffic. Since our warehouse processes subscriptions in large batches, it looks like they just have not reached your order in the queue yet. However, I believe that they are nearing the end of subscriptions and should reach it soon. If you still have not received your shipping confirmation by the end of next week, please notify us and I will be sure that it is sent out right away.
