It says it gives a (+1 insight bonus to AC). Is this an armor bonus or it increase all types of ac?

Insight bonus increases all AC bonuses. You can see bonuses here if you look under the "Bonus" section. They specifically mention if a particular kind of bonus doesn't apply to certain kinds of AC, like natural armor not applying to touch AC.
