I have made an order on paizo, Order 3704392, but it's still pending since the 5th of September

While we have thousands of items in our warehouse there are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for the. These items will show a longer ship out time in the availability portion of their product page. For instance the Q-Workshop Black and Red Dragons Dice say "Ships from our warehouse in 6 to 45 business days." That is our estimation for how long it may take for them to get to us. So your order is waiting for some of the items you ordered to get to us. If you would like I can move the items we are waiting for into their own order so the items that are here can ship out right away.


Hi Diego,

I didn't answer since I though that making two shipment would cost more (is this the case?), but the order hasn't been shipped yet, and it's the 7th October today!

Is it possible to estimate the shipping time? would it cost more to have it shipped with two different orders? if yes how much?

Hello yum999,

We are still waiting on the dice. On the long end, 45 business days from when you placed the order would have it arriving at our warehouse to ship out to you on or before Tuesday, November 10. Shipping them separately would include a shipping charge for the separate order, so yes the shipping would be more. It looks like shipping for the main order would go down by $0.80, and shipping for the dice would be $3.58.


Oh I though a lot more, anyway I will wait to receive a single order since it's already the 9th October and I placed the order the 5th September.
