I've looked into your order and it seems that there is no problem with the payment, but rather with inventory. It looks like we are currently waiting to receive more of the Sihedron Medallion in stock.
I do not currently have an estimate for when we'll have more of the medallion, but the rest of the order will want to remain pending until we receive one for you. If you'd prefer to have the rest of the items shipped right away, I can either cancel the medallion or move it to a new order to be shipped on it's own once we get more. Just reply to confirm which option you'd prefer, and I will be sure to get it taken care of for you.

Hi Olivier,
I've canceled the medallion from your order and added the Wrath Demon (Vrock) miniature instead. You should receive an updated confirmation email shortly with the correct products on it. Please take a moment to look over the confirmation and verify that everything is correct, and let me know if anything needs to be changed.
If everything is correct, then your order should be sent as soon as our warehouse reaches you in the shipping queue. Once it has been processed for shipping you should receive another confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.
