You should have received an email on July 9 and another on August 13 letting you know that the card attached to your subscription has expired and we cannot charge it for your subscriptions.

You should be able to see the code on your My Downloads page now.
This is no longer the case, we had to roll back and the Syrinscape fix should be rolling tomorrow instead. If Syrinscape themselves have not yet contacted you, you will be able to see the code on your My Downloads page tomorrow once the tech team gets the fix rolled out.

Hi Mike,
The code should look something like this:
"Syrinscape SuperSyrin Subscription: 2 Months
Serial Number: [has been redacted because this is a public post]"
Disregard the "Date Add to My Downloads" of June 2015 on that, I suspect that is a display error. That should be the 2 month code from your purchase the other day.
Please try using that code on the Syrinscape. If it doesn't work, please let us know.
