Box #1 of this order arrived in fine condition. No problems.
Box #2 Had 2 Major Issues
- I did not receive the Monster Codex. Instead I received the Wrath of the Righteous Adventure Deck - the Midnight Isles.
- Also it cost nearly $18 to ship a 5lb item? That is frankly inexcusable. It should have been combined into a single shipment and there is no way it costs that much. And if it is going to be Paizo's company line that it does cost that much to ship then I will be ending my Pawns subscription immediately, because the shipping costs remove any and all incentive. Buying from a local store at full price and purchasing the PDF would cost less.
Very annoyed at this turn of events.

I'm sorry to hear we sent you an incorrect item! I have set up a replacement Monster Codex Box that will be shipping out to you along with your September subscription. If you need it sent sooner let me know and I will get it underway.
There was an error with your shipping this month. Your account is set to cheapest which in this case would have been UPS Ground as the items could have all gone in a single package. Because of the weight of the Monster Codex Box everything could not go in a single package via Standard Post. The system should have seen that UPS Ground was cheaper and switched to that for this months shipment but did not. The tech team is investigating why that happened. I have issued you a refund for the difference in shipping ($6.36) to your original payment method. You should see it on your account as soon as your bank processes the refund.
