My game will be moving to Taldor pretty soon and while talking to my friends we decided a tournament would be a lot of fun either for my campaign or for a crazy one shot. I know some of the things I want.
The joust is a classic event in a tournament.
An archery contest would be present though I am not sure how to make that interesting.
Various melee bouts are normal. So single combat with no weapons or a chosen weapon. A group fight would be fun.
I think my group would like a drunken brawl.
Mage fights would be a thing with various rules like a fight that is all summons or only transmutations.
A capture the flag game could be interesting.
And I would love to do a little maze.
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Ways to go over the events they miss and any way to make my ideas better would make this so much easier.

More seriously, soon Legendary Games will be releasing Legendary Tournaments (unless they've done so already, and I missed yet another opportunity to throw money at LG as soon as something comes out), which should answer all your tournament needs.
And some ways to cheat in this would be nice
