So, in order to use Psychic Magic you use Emotional and a Thought components. You do not use Verbal or Somatic. However, as I am going through the psychic spell list, every spell I have seen so far has V and/or S listed under the component. This even included the Psychic only Akashic Form. So I see this as three possibilities.
A) You need all four, Verbal, Somatic, Emotion, and thought.
B) You can cast the spells for free.
C) They weren't thinking and it needs to be subject to an errata.
Am I missing something? Any thoughts?
I don't have the book in front of me, but I believe right before the spells they explain how Emotional and Thought components replace the traditional V and S. They are a substitute for each other, and they kept the V and S notations for those spells other classes have access to.
Does one specifically replace the other, like.... Anticipate Thought is Verbal only, do I replace Verbal with one or both of the new components?

Instead of verbal and somatic components, all psychic spells have components related to the caster’s inner being. The two psychic components are called emotion components and thought components. If a spell’s components line lists a somatic component, that spell instead requires an emotion component when cast by psychic spellcasters, and if it has a verbal component, it instead requires a thought component when cast by psychic spellcasters
