Do Effective Increases to Sorcerer Level Improve Breath Weapon Damage and DC?

Rules Questions

As it says in the title...My first thought is yes, but I want to double check before my 8th level character starts belching out 11d6 of fire damage with a Reflex DC of 17.

For clarity on the numbers, here's the relevant data:

Gold Dragon Sorcerer: 4
Fighter: 1
Dragon Disciple: 3
Charisma: 15
Robe of Arcane Heritage

Effective Sorcerer Level (for Bloodline Powers): 11 (4 Sorc + 3 DD + 4 RoAH)

Breath Weapon deals 1d6 of your energy type per Sorcerer Level (1d6 x 11 = 11d6). The DC of the save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your Sorcerer Level + your Charisma Modifier. (10 + 5 + 2 = 17)

Other possibilities would be 4d6/DC14, 7d6/DC15, and 8d6/DC16.

Like I said, I'm pretty sure it does 11d6/DC17, but I want to be absolutely sure before busting it out twice per day.

Since the Robe of Arcane Heritage item and the Dragon Disciple prestige class have non-conflicting statements about how they stack with sorcerer levels for access to bloodline powers and their effects, it looks like the combination you describe should work with no problem.

For the purposes of your Bloodline, you are level 11. So that's 11d6/DC17.

Prestige classes that advance spellcasting, but not bloodline, would not advance your breath weapon. But your Blood of Dragons ability stacks directly on your sorcerer level for bloodline abilities, as does the robe.

I'm noticing that. 8th level Character? Check. 11th level Bloodline? Check. Caster Level 8 because of Magical Knack? Check. Spells Known & Spells per Day of a 6th level Sorcerer? ...check... No Sorcerer Bloodline Feats? ...check... (only DD Bloodline Feats)
