Aiding grapple shenanigans

Can you grapple a grappled target to pin that target? Could you also do the same to move both the grappler and the graplee?

Short answer, no more 30 man grapple orgies.

Long answer, you cannot grapple someone who is already grappled. You can only aid another the primary grappler (whoever initiated first).
