Does a Robe of Arcane Heritage Affect Dragon Disciple Abilities?

Rules Questions

Xane Dunestrider (Sorcerer 4, Fighter 1, Dragon Disciple 3) just hit 8th level and is ~2000gp away from affording a Robe of Arcane Heritage. I've asked before about wether the last line means that it grants access to powers I don't have yet (...what bloodline powers she can use and their effects.), and have been told that this is one of the few items that does allow early power use.

However, my question now is as to wether the abilities of the Dragon Disciple like Dragon Bite are boosted as well? My initial thought is no since they're granted by Dragon Disciple levels rather than Draconic Sorcerer levels and it would be way OP.

Between my Core Class and my Prestige Class, my effective Sorcerer level for bloodline abilities is currently 7 (4+3). The Robe of Arcane Heritage boosts that by 4 to be bloodline level 11. I believe this means I have the Sorcerer bloodline abilities of an 11th level Sorcerer, the spellcasting ability of a 6th level Sorcerer, and the prestige abilities of a 3rd level Dragon Disciple. (rather than 11/6/7 respectively)

Is my thinking correct on this?

The Robe only boosts Bloodline powers, nothing else. So yes, you would have the bloodline powers of an 11th level sorcerer and they would function at that level for any level dependent effects, but it would do nothing for your non-Bloodline DD class features or for your casting.

I thought so. Thanks for the quick response!
