Saved Items - Gone

Website Feedback

I had quite a few products in the "Saved Items" section of my shopping cart. I just logged on to check through the list, and all my items were gone.

Hi Whack-a-Rogue,

That's strange. I'm not sure what the issue may be at this time. I'm wondering if it may just be some kind of caching issue. Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Or tried things in a different browser? Please let me know if any of that works.

Thanks!
~Sharaya

I've tried with two different browsers (IE and Firefox), and it didn't make a difference. Also tried logging out and back on - still nothing.

EDIT: This is weird. On the main Paizo store page, the box on the left says my cart is empty but that I have 19 saved items. However, when I click on the button to go to my cart, it doesn't show anything.

Strange. I'm flagging this for the tech team to take a look into.

Sounds good.

I have this same issue. I have several items in my list and wanted to look through them to decide what to buy next, and my list is empty.

I tried to look at my list with three different browsers.

Yea same here... Couldn't access my saved items on Sunday. I sent an email to Sara and Jeff (who have helped me a lot in the past with order problems) but have not heard back from either yet and still can't access them today (Monday).

They told me that they would look into this when they got back from Gencon if nothing worse happened. I am still having this problem too.

Mine are gone as well.

Same here. I can see that I've got saved items in my shopping cart, but I cant see which (also bought one of the items that should be on my Saved Items list, and the "saved items" counter didn't go down)

I am pretty sure that if you have an item in both your regular shopping cart and in your saved items list and purchase the item in your shopping cart, it has no effect on your saved items list. I will give that a try once I can see my saved items list once again just to confirm.

I just ran a test. I've been interested in the "Monster Summoning Handbook" and added it to my cart. That went as normal, and I could view my cart contents as usual. Then I clicked the "save for later" button. Suddenly, the PDF was gone, and my Saved Items list was empty. I have not purchased the book yet, as this was simply a test. Going back to the product page, there was no mention that it was in my saved items, and I was able to add it again as normal.

Based on this experiment, I'd hypothesize that something's wrong with the coding for the "Saved Items" section of the Shopping Cart.

My Saved Items have been coming up blank. Not "You have no saved items"... just a white space.

The test I described was for after things get fixed, when I know exactly what my saved items are.

As best I can tell, nobody's saved items are visible at the moment. If anyone has saved items and CAN see them, that might be useful information for Paizo's tech folks, as I think they are working on the bases that everyone's saved list is failing to display properly.

Hey guys, this is a confirmed bug. The items are there, just not displaying. We've added it to our backlog where it will engage in gladiatorial combat for supremacy and implementation.

ARRRUGHHH... I save up items until I get $100+ to save on shipping. With the new Occult book I was ready to order when it died, so I went out and bought Emerald Spire today at a local game shop. Now I see it's working again but I don't have $100+ anymore to order!
BANG.. BANG.. BANG..

Sorry?

I'm sorry that you do your job and fix problems, and the first (and so far, only) thanks you get is someone's suffering.

So, to try and balance things out a little, let me just say -- thank you for fixing it!
