Grapple and Flurry

Rules Questions

With all the new material out, is there any way for a monk to grapple someone one round and flurry them the next round while maintaining the grapple?

Not that I'm aware of, but you can get a similar effect with Hamatula Strike combined with one of the many ways to make your fists piercing. Full attack, each hit giving you a grapple attempt, then the enemy gets to enjoy being grappled on their turn, and then back to you. Release the grapple, full attack, reapply grapple.

Scarab Sages

No, grapple is always a standard, move, or swift action after a move, and thus incompatible with a flurry of blows.

That might work. Thanks!
