Cheliax Flag Inscription

Can anyone tell me what the inscription on the bottom of the Cheliax flag is? Specifically I'm referring to the flag as seen here: http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/pathfinder/images/3/36/Cheliax_flag.jpg /revision/latest?cb=20090306045439

I've blown up the image but cant make out the lettering. If anyone has a larger / cleaner image I'd love a link plz!

I'm trying to blow up the image large enough to actually make a flag to hang on my wall like 3ft x 4.5ft or so in size.

Unfortunately not; that is the inscription I would give it.

I take it from the Confederate State's motto "Deo Vindice," i.e., "Under God, our Vindicator." I thought it would be appropriate for a militaristic, expansionistic, slave-owning empire.

Does not look like it's written in Common. Probably Infernal. You'd have to find a source to see what it actually says because most of us can't read Infernal.
