1 person marked this as a favorite.

You could look at getting a pair of wakizashi's and paying +5 gp to add the Sawback property to them and lament that the blacksmith clearly had no idea what he was doing when he made your weapons.

Scarab Sages

For what it's worth, you can retrain any of that feat's prerequisite feats and sell back any gear directly associated with that feat to get out of sawtooth sabers.

Sawback wakizashis seem like the best option though.

Nice find Codanous! I think that may result in the best compromise.

If you didn't see, monday the new guide comes out and its going to loosen up the what happens when something messes up your character with a change rule

Silver Crusade

Based on what John said in that post, I think the only change that will be allowed for my character will be to retrain Slashing Grace and Weapon Focus.

Scarab Sages

You can retrain all of the prerequisites in a feat chain. Since proficiency in Sawtooth Sabre is a requirement for weapon focus in Sawtooth Sabre, which is a requirement for Slashing Grace, the change to slashing grace will allow you to free retain exotic weapon proficiency as well.
