Order 3582601 says 6 packages of same 9 items...

I have ordered 9 different things, with an additional 4 items in the sidecart. Each of these 9 items have been shipped in 6 different packages on July 14th. I certainly hope I am not getting and paying for 6 copies of the same items!

In addition, I have just found the Class Deck subscription, and it looks like the 4 items in my sidecart will be cancelled if I subscribe to that.

Can anyone please clarify?

Thank you for your post! I've taken a look into your order #3582601, and I think that what you're seeing may just be a display glitch. The items from your order #3582601 were moved into a new order, #3607760, and they were all shipped out in one box on the 14th. I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused, but it looks like your order should be on the way!

As for the Class Deck subscription, the items in your sidecart would be canceled because they are pre-orders for the items that you would be receiving through the subscription. This is just so that you don't receive any unwanted duplicates. (Since subscription items are generated as they go, you would be sent both your subscription deck and the one from your sidecart.) If you would like to start the subscription AND keep another pre-ordered copy, just let us know and we should be able to reinstate those orders for you.

Ok, thank you for the clarification on the shipment.

I am ok with the items in my sidecart being canceled, since I have already subscribed to the Class Deck.

OH! another question... The PFACG subscription comes with some wonderful bonus items each month. Will the subscription to the Class Deck be the same? If so, I hope they are different than what we get with the PFACG subscription. :) Either way, I am sure I can find a use for whatever surprises may be in there.

I don't believe there are any plans to include promo cards with the Class Deck subscription, according to this post by Vic Wertz on the product discussion thread. However, if there are future announcements of that nature, you'll likely see them there or on one of the PACG messageboards.

Of course, if there's something you're curious about and you can't find a post for it, you are always welcome to start up your own thread for discussion as well.
