Zen Archer Monk Question

I'm trying to understand the Bonus Feats they get. When they say that the Zen Archer Monk gets Perfect Strike as a bonus feat at level 1 does that mean he has to take that for his level 1 bonus feat or is that in addition to his level 1 bonus feat? It happens again at level 2 and then at level 3 he gets point black mastery as a bonus feat.

It means it is a bonus feat that is free, in addition to the bonus feat they can select.

At first level, a Zen Archer gains IUS, Perfect Strike, a monk bonus feat, and the normal first level feat.
