1. How much would it cost to make a Ki weapon/focus?
the ability for an item to channel the damage and effects of a monk's unarmed combat. Would it work for a brawler?
How much would that cost in prestige, gold, or both?
So how about the harrow warden archetype with two starknives as Ki weapons?
2. How much would it cost to create a staff of shillelagh?
In terms of prestige, gold, or both?
I am aware that only the caster of shillelagh can use the staff;
My way arround this is Use Magic Device, with a wand of shillelagh.
My brawler would attend the creation and use the wand at the required time.
can you imagine a brawler's furry with the shillelagh enchanted quarter staff? +1 magical weapon, 2d6+strength for both ends!
Question: when using a quarterstaff as a Monk/double weapon, can one apply weapon finesse to the attacks with the ends as they both count as light weapons?

Hi Chad, I'll try to answer some of your questions here. Some of them are more appropriate for the Rules Questions forum.
1. How much would it cost to make a Ki weapon/focus?
the ability for an item to channel the damage and effects of a monk's unarmed combat.
The ki focus enhancement is priced as a +1 bonus, and you need to have at least a +1 bonus before adding this enhancement. So, for example, a +3 ki focus weapon costs the same as a +4 weapon. To calculate the cost of a +n weapon, use the formula:
(n^2)(2,000 gp) + (cost of mwk weapon)Would it work for a brawler?
No. The brawler doesn't use ki.
So how about the harrow warden archetype with two starknives as Ki weapons?
The harrow warden still uses ki, so she could use ki focus weapons. She should be able to channel her Idiot Strike through such weapons.
2. How much would it cost to create a staff of shillelagh?
In terms of prestige, gold, or both?
In PFS, you cannot create a staff that isn't specifically listed. Here is a list of all of the staves that are legal for PFS (the ones without the funny symbol next to them are illegal). You might find one in there that works for you.

1. You cannot create magic items in PFS.
2. You cannot use a wand to recharge a magical staff.can you imagine a brawler's furry with the shillelagh enchanted quarter staff? +1 magical weapon, 2d6+strength for both ends!
Sure. Except the second attack will deal 2d6+(1/2 Strength bonus) for damage (both ends also get the +1 to damage from the magical enhancement).
Question: when using a quarterstaff as a Monk/double weapon, can one apply weapon finesse to the attacks with the ends as they both count as light weapons?
No. Both ends do not count as light weapons.
When you are fighting with a double weapon (such as quarterstaff), you treat it as if you were fighting with two weapons, with one attack being made as if with a one-handed weapon and the other being treated as if with a light weapon.
I hope that helps.

SO one Star knife at the minimum +1 and +1 for Ki Focus, is 4,000 gold.
A bit of a bummer that there isn't a Melee equivalent of the "Far strike" monk and a Feat that let's you use a weapon as a monk weapon.
You see, I dream of a varisian belly dancer with two starknives whirling like a dervish through combat. It is still going to be a dream.
the flying blade swashbuckler comes close, only one fatal flaw...
The damage is 1d4, period.
I would gladly lose stunning fist/idiot strike, and other class features to have a Monk or brawler archetype that specifically channeled their power through weapons, and they benefited from either Key focus or close weapon mastery starting at level 1.
Perhaps this could be focused on using a deities favored weapon...
a sort of Brawler+ tiny smidgeon of faith.

By the way, here's what I came up with for your Varisian bellydancer with starknives idea.
NG Human
Str 8, Dex 18, Con 12, Int 13, Wis 12, Cha 141. Knife master rogue 1. Dodge, Mobility, Weapon Finesse (B)
2. Knife master rogue 2. Combat talent (Two-Weapon Fighting)
3. Knife master rogue 3. Piranha Strike, finesse training
4. Weapon Master Fighter 1. Combat Expertise
5. Weapon Master Fighter 2. Spring Attack, Whirlwind Attack
6. Knife master rogue 4. TALENT
7. Weapon Master Fighter 3. Weapon Focus (starknife)
8. Weapon Master Fighter 4. Weapon Specialization (starknife)
9. Weapon Master Fighter 5. Improved Critical (starknife)
10. Weapon Master Fighter 6. Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
11. Weapon Master Fighter 7. FEAT
12. Weapon Master Fighter 8. Greater Two-Weapon Fighting
This requires the following sources: Pathfinder Unchained, Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate Combat, and Sargava, the Lost Colony.
I think the damage at 9th level is around 1d4+13 plus 2d8 sneak attack damage.
Again, you will get more advice in the Advice forum, linked above.

You add the +1s before you look at the table. So a +1 Ki focus star knife is a +2 weapon and would be 8000g (which is what a +2 weapon costs) plus the cost of the MW star knife.
So I would need close to 19,000 gold for two Starknives +1 Ki focus.
OUCH, let's see. About 400 gold per session gained, minus "wise" expenditures; assorted bribes, adventuring kit replacement/refill (masterwork churigon's kit is a good one) as those vials of alchemical aid can make the difference between dying from a nasty disease, and wot not.
hrmm de hrm hrmmmm...
I will get them at level 13, Great!

Higher-level scenarios pay more. You should be able to afford your first one around level 5, and the second around level 7.

Something like a warpriest, perhaps?
