More detailed information on resistances for Intellect Devourer using Body Thief

Rules Questions

I read this thread about changed stats for an Intellect Devourer sitting in a body. The Intellect Devourer keeps his spell like abilities with CL 8, but what about his spell resistance and damage resistance?

For example he occupies the body of a Nuglub Gremlin (scroll down a bit to see the stats).

Does he now have DR 10/adamantine and magic (from his own statblock) or just DR 5/cold iron (from the Gremlin)? Or even both? What is his Spell Resistance now? SR 23 from Intellect Devourer or just SR 13 from the Gremlin?

the key part of Body Thief is I believe this bit:

Damage done to a host body does not harm the intellect devourer, and if the host body is slain, the intellect devourer emerges and is dazed for 1 round.

Whilst using body thief the ID has total cover and cannot be directly attacked. It would use any defences and resistances of the host body.

SR would depend on whether it affected the body (like direct damage) or the ID (I can't think of one that doesn't need line of sight or line of effect actually, but if there was one it would use the ID's SR).

I suspect a hijacked body is therefore immune to some mind affecting effects, such as dominate.
