More NPCs the merrier! Will this have all new art or will it have pawns from old NPC Codex and/or Villain Codex or Inner Sea box?

The art from these comes from the art in the Pathfinder (2E) Gamemastery Guide.

{Mr Burns voice} Eeexcellent!

Is there an estimate of how many pawns are in this box? Also am I able to opt out of the pawn subscription when buying this?

Very nice.

If you use pawns, I'd recommend keeping this set. The NPC sets sold slowly for first edition, but then once people caught on to them, they sold out completely and became the most sought after sets. There are still people crying for reprints in the forums, when they could have just bought them while they were available.

I just counted this up. There are a total of 285 individual pawns among 106 unique illustrations.

Thanks so much!

While I haven't been active in the forums, you could count me as "crying for reprints". I joined with Pathfinder 2e and have been looking for a box of pawns my players can select from and to use running adventures. The NPC codex box was already sold out when 2e released, so, no, not everybody could have just bought them when they were available.

Well here's your chance.

I will definitely pick this one up.

Also: LOL @ "gnome bandits"

Nothing like a little empathy to renew one's faith in human nature.

The "Heroes and Villains" pawn set is good representing PCs. "Inner Sea Pawn Set" is a great resource, too.

I have purchased the PDF of some sets, and created my own pawns as well. I posted a thread here on how to do it.

Dark Archive

This Looks like a solid set for a city campaign aka "Agents of Edgewatch".

Being a minis collector for 16 years, i will probably skip this though.

This looks like it might be more useful than the NPC codex box... Some of those are really quite weird or particular.

I bought the NPC Codex box used. Did anyone compare these two yet to find out how much they overlap?

The art is all-new, but you can compare their respective pawn lists.

Does this come in its own box, or just kind of a folder and sheets like the AP pawn collections I've seen?

It does not come in a box.

There is a "cover" of light-weight cardboard, and the individual sheets of pawns enclosed by that.

"kind of folder and sheets" is a pretty accurate description.

Pawn 25 is Bandit(Elf) not (Dwarf)
