Ghoul Sorcerer Bloodline

Advice

Is this a part of the core book or another book?
From the looks of it on this webpage its a part of the core, but I Highly doubt so.

Problem is I can't find the Ghoul BloodLine in PCgen.
I really want to play it.

My build:

Suli 2str 2cha -2 int
Sorcerer -Ghoul Bloodline
Fighter
Eldritch Knight.

I really like upclose combat with magic :P Its fun!
Ideas for feets or way to build this char?

stats:
17 str
14 dex
10 con
8 wis
8 int
16 cha

I know the con isn't to high :P
Should i perhaps go 10 dex and 14 con instead?

The Ghoul Bloodline is from the Monster Codex, which is meant as a GM source. I would ask your GM for permission.

First, decide if you'll be a necromantic themed caster with some melee tricks or if you want to be the sorcerous equivalent of a Magus - heavy melee with some magic boosts.

Given the stat array you've posted, it seems you're focusing more on the melee side. So think about spells & feats that will support that focus. You might want to look at some of the Dragon Disciple & Eldritch Knight guides for ideas on how to develop a Sorcerer as a melee focused character (not that you should go into either Prestige Class).

Recognize that your bloodline spells aren't strong for either role. Here's my quick evaluation of the first five:
Ray of Enfeeblement - inflicts strength damage, OK range spell - but you get this at 3rd rather than 1st level
Feast of Ashes - very weak, more of an NPC curse than a combat casting type spell.
Vampiric Touch - Simultaneously removes enemy HP while giving you some. Standard action to cast & the effect is not really strong for a 3rd level spell.
Fear - Good crowd control.
Hungry Earth - OK control spell, but likely only affects minions, not a big threat to the kinds of bosses you face at this level.

You have several melee focused bonus feats: Arcane Strike, Power Attack & Finesse - but if you take these, then why not be a Magus?

The Bloodline Arcana of gaining spell level healing each time you cast a necromancy spell is pretty sweet. One way to go would be to focus on bad touch necromantic spells & keep a high dex (rather than strength). Carry a reach weapon like a long spear. First turn, plan to cast a support or ranged attack, or cast a bad touch spell & hold the charge. Take combat expertise, and use the spear for AoEs on opponents' turns. If someone ends up adjacent after their move, you can bad touch them & 5' shift away.

Overall, not seeing this as a strong build, but it's got some nice flavor.
