So with a one level wizard dip you can still get the arcane bond ability to level based on a different caster level?
Say wizard1/druid8 for a item or wizard1/ sorcerer8 for the improved familiar feat. would the sorcerer caster level still count for feats like improve familiar? And can you improve the item say a amulet of to a +2, or a shield with +2.
I would have 8 caster levels as a druid can I still improve my amulet of mighty fist?

The answer to these questions is a little different depending on which arcane bond is taken -- a familiar or an item.
A familiar keys off of effective wizard level, which stacks whenever you take a level in a class that grants a familiar. So a Wizard 1/Witch 2/Arcane-Blooded Sorceror 3/Fighter(eldritch guardian) 1 would have an effective wizard level for her familiar of 7, and could take Improved Familiar as a feat.
An arcane bond item keys off of the caster level of the class that grants it. So taking multiple classes that grant arcane bonded items will give you different arcane bonded items with different abilities, which would be a headache to keep track of and wouldn't help you much because of low caster level.
Caster levels in classes other than the one granting the object do not help. Prestige classes that advance the spellcasting ability, however, do. For example, taking an arcane bond wizard and adding levels of Eldritch Knight, Arcane Archer, or Arcane Trickster continues to increase the level at which you can enhance your arcane bonded item.
In the specific examples you give, the wizard 1/ druid 8 would not work. The Wizard 1 /sorceror 8 would work if the sorceror has a familiar, such as the Arcane bloodline, or a tattooed sorceror of any bloodline.
