Gift purchase never gave me an option to say who it was a gift for

I just tried to purchase a PDF as a gift. It was one I had already.

I did check the link to enable gift options. However, it never gave me a place to put in the person for whom this was a gift. If figured that would happen when I clicked "Place your Order", but instead the order was just placed and complete. I believe that my credit card was charged, and that I now have ordered the same PDF twice for myself.... The order does seem to indicate that it was a gift, but not who it was for. And, again, I was never given anywhere to put in a gift recepient.

Is something broken with digital gifts right now?

The order number in question is 3629150

Is there any way I can get the PDF I ordered redirected over to the account of the person I wanted it gifted to? (I had already ordered this same PDF for myself in a previous order.)

Hi Rob,

I can't quite tell what may have gone wrong (I've tested things and it looks like they should be working). If gift options are enabled, you should be able to select a recipient when you click on Step 2 "Digital Gifts" in the check out process.

Please let us know who you would like this to go to (preferably by sending us an email) and we'll see what we can do to fix it.

I didn't see it in there; I looked, and went back and forth a few times. Not sure what happened; I have done this succesfully in the past.

I would like to report this issue once again.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Select a product you have in your Downloads
http://paizo.com/products/btpy8xki?Pathfinder-Society-Special-Siege-of-the- Diamond-City
2) Press Add to Cart
3) Press View Cart
4) Click "enable gift options" link
5) Press Proceed to Checkout
Expected:
* Step 2 title is "Digital Gifts"
Actual:
* Step 2 title is "Payment Method"

After I changed product to "Gift Certificate" everything was and I was able to complete purchase
