Covert Inquisitor Assistance Please

Advice

This is for the Council of Thieves AP, but don't spoil anything for me.

Another player is making a cleric of the forbidden Saerenrae faith. Dervish dance and healing focus.

Looking at an inquisitor of Saerenrae to pair up with him and provide more of the infiltration scout skills.
So skills like bluff, disguise, sense motive, stealth, sleight of hand, perception, disable device, etc... more than the typical monster knowledge skills (though I'm sure I will eventually put at least 1 rank in each).
Also I don't want to be totally helpless in combat but not appear too obvious of a combatant. So probably not weapons like the elven curved blade, earthbreaker, etc... which are big and obvious. I would like smaller weapons that can be concealed or weapons that don't appear to automatically be weapons. Dagger, staff, hammer, hand axe, etc... can be just equipment. Even something like a greatclub could probably look like piece of construction lumber.

Non-core races will have difficulties fitting into society in Westcrown, so I'm thinking Halfling, half-Elf, or half-Orc would be more appropriate. (I'm bored with playing humans for awhile.)

Rules.
20 point buy.
drawback for 3 traits (1 from CoT players guide) - considering Diabolist Raised
Yes, the infiltrator archtype seems ideal.

Ideas or suggestions for me?

Infiltrator is basically all you should need. Half orc is the best for an inquisitor, since you don't want human, for the simple reason that you get sacred tattoo with fates favored and skilled (like a human).

An inquisitor can get some use out of TWF, and a quarterstaff is fairly disguise-able if not concealable. You can hold a double weapon in one hand while you cast spells which makes it less awkward for a caster than a couple of smaller weapons.

Does infiltrator stack with any other useful archtypes?
.
I do like Sacred Tattoo.
I don't remember Fates Favored and it doesn't come up in the PRD. I will check it later.
I like Skilled, but I think I like darkvision better.
.
.
TWF is pretty feat and ability intensive. Hmm... Not sure...
I suppose I could completely dump charisma and take the conversion domain. If I leave the strength at only 10 or 12 that would probably let me keep the others high enough to work.
.
Edit: Dang I forgot that inquisitors don't get martial weapons except deity's. I was thinking smith and hammer/mattock. But that won't work too well.
Maybe I will do the staff and TWF.
.
Other suggestions for the inquisition/domain?

If you take infiltrator there is no point to the usual conversion, reformation, and similar inquisitions. Therefore I usually say go with something to make you better in battle. Unfortunately with Sarenea all you have that does the inquisitor much good is glory/heroism and it's only useful at level & and up. Because of this I Would suggest take conversion inquisition or one of its close kin and forget about infiltrator. From there you can then pick whatever archetype makes you happiest.
