Order 3531155 Missing, Almost 3 Months

Hello, i received today my June's orders, but no signal of Order 3531155 (April's). Do you guys have any way to track that package so i know it's not lost in some warehouse around here?

Thanks for letting us know about this! Unfortunately, since it is an international order, we do not have a way to track it. Since it definitely should have reached you by now, I've set up a replacement in your sidecart to be sent out with your next subscription order.

In the meantime, I would check with your local post office or customs office, to see if they have it and did not notify you. If they do have it, just let me know and I can cancel the replacement. Otherwise, it should be sent out to you automatically.

Sadly, it's only possible for us here in brazil to check if we got the tracking number.
All packages from paizo do come with a tracking ID, but im guessing that number is assigned after it has already been dispatched to my local carrier and you guys have no way to get it, is that correct?
