I can't place my order

When I go to "confirm your order", the "place your order" button is deactivated.

Hello Bardess,

It looks like there is not a payment method selected on your order, so if you go through the checkout process and select Step 3 - Payment Method, you should be able to choose which card you'd like to use.

I also noticed that the order is marked as a gift, but does not have a gift recipient chosen. If you'd like to gift the PDFs to someone, select the person you'd like to give them to. If the order is not a gift, there should be an option on the website for you to change it back to a non-gift order.

If you try either of these and the order will still not submit, I should be able to push it through on my end. Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help get things sorted out.
