I ordered a GM Screen and a Combat Pad on April 9th. The pad is on backorder right now but when I ordered it it said the order would ship in 1-14 days and it didn't change to backorder until the 14th day. Now it won't even ship me just my screen and is there a way to cancel my order so I can get the screen only?

Thank you for letting us know about this! I've found your order, and I'll go ahead and cancel the Combat Pad so I can get the screen sent out to you ASAP. To say thanks for your patience, I've waived the shipping fee on the screen. I do apologize that it's been so long, but your order should be on the way shortly.

Once our warehouse has processed your order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to help out.
