Action type for ending Change Shape?

What kind of action is needed for a creature with the Change Shape ability to revert to its natural form? Standard? Move? Swift? Free?

Undercover lamia NPCs with plans to turn on the party in mid-combat want to know!

It functions as a Polymorph spell, and that has a duration of 1 minute/level (D). Dismissing a spell is a standard action that does not provoke.

The duration on Change Shape is usually "indefinite", but dismising it should work like Polymorph unless otherwise stated.

Just like dismissing any other effect... if there are no rules otherwise, it's a standard action.
