Hi!
I think I found a possible solution to the costs of increasing spellcasting with Arcane Training II-VI and Divine Training II-VI.
Each time the vigilante gains an increase to her spellcasting, she gains 1 vigilante point. Each day when she prepares her spells, she can spend a vigilante point for one of the following benefits; if she selects the same benefit multiple times, the benefit stacks.
+1 armor bonus to AC and a +1 dodge bonus to CMD
+1 insight bonus to saving throws
+1 insight bonus on spell attack rolls and spell CMB checks
+2 insight bonus to initiative
+5 hit points
+1 bonus to spell damage
+1 bonus to spell saving throw DCs
DR 1/magic
Energy resistance 5 to one of the following energy types: acid, cold, electricity, or fire.
+1 caster level (up to a maximum equal to the vigilante's character level)
+2 bonus to a specific skill
+2 bonus on caster level checks
1 luck re-roll
The warlock and the zealot might have similar, but different, lists.

The biggest change i would like to see is to have each level of spell have spells per day that scale with level (either to match the bard table or a vigilante specific table). Then each level of *Caster* Training unlocks a new level of spells.
I don't think they really need an added benefit, but maybe a 5% reduction of ASF with each Arcane training talent? Not sure what to give divine casters, but I'd rather not add a point system to this class.

The ASF reduction is a real good idea, too. Especially since even the warlock vigilantes will not be primary spellcasters, so they need a bit more protection since they will be getting into more kinds of scrapes.
An alternative to the point system would be a permanent decision from the list of benefits I proposed. A lot less flexible, but maybe a lot easier bookkeeping.

Your suggestions are a little more powerful than I think is necessary, especially if you can stack them.
One thing I thought might be flavorful was an increase in DC for illusions or fear effects. Alternatively, elemental spells. Maybe even just bonus damage to elemental spells.

So something like:
In addition to increased casting potential, the vigilante specializes in a kind of magic. Choose a descriptor from the list below. Increase the DC for spells cast with that descriptor by 1. You may choose any single descriptor a maximum of 3 times.
What would the list look like?
shadow
fire
cold
acid
electricity
fear
curse
darkness
pain
poison

I almost think both spellcasting traditions should be combined under the warlock. Let the warlock pick spells from any spell list and use them at the regular spell level. That versatility will then balance the reduced number of spells per day.
Then the zealot can be used for something truly innovative.
