Are constructs affected by channeling energy?

By common sense, I'd say no. Under construct rules nothing specifically calls it out, since it's a Will save and not a fortitude save and channeling isn't technically magic.

Also from variant channeling, Forge healing can affect constructs. Does this mean normal channeling doesn't affect constructs?

Normally channeling only works on living things (or undead things, for channeling positive to hurt/negative to heal). Pathfinder defines living things as anything that's not undead or a construct, barring unusual abilities.

There is a cleric domain that lets you effect constructs as though they were living.

The Deathwatch spell describes Constructs as "neither alive nor dead".

So, no, under normal circumstances they cannot be affected by Channeled Energy.

Not unless a special rule is in place affecting either the channelling or the construct. This goes both ways healing and hurting.

Constructs cannot be affected by Positive or Negative energy. In addition to the options mentioned thus far, there is also the Construct Channel Brick.
