I just placed an order for the PDF version of three products, hit add PDF just like I do every month...but for some reason the confirmation shows print copies....and the PDF's are not in my downloads.

Can you please adjust my order to PDF version, add them to my downloads, and adjust the billing to my account accordingly.

Hello Steve,

The PDFs for the three items you ordered are not actually available until the 24th of this month, so when you added them to your cart, you may have clicked the 'add print' button accidentally. I've made sure to cancel this order, so you should not be charged for the print versions of the books.

Once the 24th rolls around, you should be able to order the PDFs with no problems. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help out in the meantime, and I would be more than happy to do so.
