Good Morning,
I have a session that isn't reported correctly as CORE and it's blocking the players as being able to be reported as CORE. Is there anyway to get this fixed? I know you guys have done so much work on this and you're still working out the kinks, so I appreciate the help.
The game shows as core on my end, but still does not on the players' end.
It's:
Game: 17,917
Date: May 12, 2015
Scenario: Hydra's Fang Incident
Thank you again.

Hi Chris,
This is something that's usually a bit more on the tech side of things, so we've moved your thread to Website feedback. The two people who usually handle this sort of thing are out for today, so I just wanted to let you know that we weren't ignoring you. :) They should be back in on Monday, and hopefully they'll be able to get this figured out for you.
If there's anything else we can help out with in the meantime, just let us know. Thanks!

Hey Chris,
It looks like the session was originally reported as PFS and then changed to CORE. While we appreciate the reporter fixing the scenario, unfortunately that does not automagically revert the folks that got converted from CORE to PFS when the scenario was miss-reported.
I've converted the affected characters back to CORE. This has to be done manually as the way the system was designed once you convert from CORE to PFS, you're not supposed to be able to go back.
All should be well now, but call out to the GMs doing reporting, please please please make sure you have the correct program when you add a scenario to your event/session. Makes a bit of work for us if we have to revert those characters manually.

I, too, have a PC that was registered as Core but because of the glitchy GM reporting, she was inadvertently switched to standard PFS (not by me but by your system.) She has only ever played CORE. Could this please be remedied? Thank-you.

These switches happen when the GM reports the session as an RPG session instead of a Core session. They generally switch them back to Core after they realize what they've done, but unfortunately the conversion doesn't get reversed that way.
If you find yourself in that situation, send an email to Customer Support (much more reliable than the forums) and we'll investigate to make sure the character actually is Core, then revert them if appropriate.
You will need to include the characters number and your PFSID (include character name as well, for verification). If you know the session that accidently converted you and can tell me, that saves me time tracking it down but it's not required.
