Ways to buff all skills?

Advice

I know about the luck stone and heroism, but what else can buff all or most or even a certain category of skills? (Ie all charisma skills, all knowledges, all athletic skills). I want to make a bard with improved improvisation but want to try and get as many of those skills buffed if I ever need to use some random minor profession such as profession farmer or something. Btw this is for PFS.

Grand Lodge

Evangalist prestige class would give you +4 to all untrained skills that I believe stacks with improv, but it would be pretty late entry for a bard I suspect. (Basically, you lose one bard level, but get a bunch of boons to make it up.)

Inexplicable Luck gives a whopping +8 to any d20 roll.

There's a feat that allows an elf/gnome/dwarf at least 100 years old to have bonuses to pretty much all skills -- don't remember the name.

Grand Lodge

Circlet of persuasion for the boost to cha skills. And they are rather cheap.

The Exchange

Heroism.
Luck Stone
Pale Green Prism ioun stone (flawed version will not stack with heroism)
Ancestral communion and page-bound epiphany can boost all your knowledge checks if you're not pressed for time

Be a human, select the Focused Study alternate racial trait, use favored class bonus for skill points.

Keep your intelligence high. When you get your hands on a headband of vast intelligence, make sure to plan ahead (if possible) which skills it will improve.

Its called Breadth of Experience, and it's not all skills. Its a +2 bonus to all Craft and Profession skills.

You get a +2 bonus on all Knowledge and Profession skill checks, and can make checks with those skills untrained.

There are those Ioun Stones that give +1 each on any 1 skill. they're cheap.

Wow, I corrected someone and was still wrong. :)

There is a feat that gives +2 to all knowledge skills that have 1-5 skill points in it, diletante (spelling) which is the brother to breadth of knowledge; both give the biggest increase to skills of any feats. Things like conversion inquisition and their cousins allow replacing stats from X to Y that can add up to 20+ swings across the multiple skills. Human focused study turns one feat into three and if you put 10 skill points into those three skills that a +18. Bardic knowledge is the best skill grab there is baring none as it equates to triple digit increases over 20 levels. Inquisitor has scaling bonuses to social skills like sense motive and other social skills so they are very comparable in their potential.

An honorable mention to the cloistered cleric. That poor archetype does get scribe scroll, bardic knowledge, 4+INT skills, and a domain/inquisition to draw upon. With that package they are very able to self scale and self buff their skills.

Btw get noble scion for a +1 to all knowledge is really good and the +2 local is worthwhile in PFS, it's surprising how often that skill comes up. Another combo is be an archeologist so as to have scaling increases to disable device and perception but more importantly you get archeologist luck. If you burn a round or more on the performance you get a plus to whatever skill. That isn't a lot to be honest and it's usually better to use in combat but it is possible and sometimes necessary. The good news is that fates favored will increase those numbers by one so you have good diversity.

Finally, Loracle. Don't want to go INT for all this stuff then replace it with charisma.

To all of your skills?

Heroism (long duration spell)
Luckstone (magic item)
Pale Green Prism ioun stone (magic item)
Fate's Favored (trait)

All together grants you a +5 to ALL of your skills, trained or untrained, whether or not you have ranks in them.

You might also consider this feat (esp. if you have a good INT)

Amateur Investigator

It lets you add a d6 to your d20 roll (*after* you make the roll and know whether it failed or not) for any Trained Knowledge, Spellcraft or Linguistics check and can be used a number of times per day equal to your Int bonus.
