Do you have to take Multiweapon Fighting (for reduce penalty) when only attacking with Two Weapons if you have more then 2 arms, or can you still use Two-Weapon Fighting since you are only using two weapons?
It has been pointed out to me that the Special section of Multiweapon Fighting means that you have to take Multiweapon Fighting for the reduce penalty when you have 3+ arms even if you are only attacking with 2 weapons and I am not sure this is correct.

The archetype is the example that proves the rule.
They wouldn't have spelled out specifically, that the archetype can use Two-Weapon Fighting, if you could normally do so.
Spoiler:
But there's also a Kasatha in The Divinity Drive that uses TWF/ITWF with two 2H weapons with no archetype of any kind.
