1 polymorph spell restriction and items

Is the restriction on one polymorph spell per individual the same for objects?

For instance, can a weapon have two different transmutation spells cast on it?

Silver Crusade Contributor

The polymorph restriction only applies to spells with the [polymorph] descriptor, such as beast shape.

You can stack all the transmutations you want, so long as they don't list other conflicts (no stacking size changes, for example). ^_^

I am assuming he meant his attempt to try to avoid the profanity filter by using the word shiitake (the mushroom). He just spelled it wrong.
