that doesnt make it a rule.

getting a feat switch, if you get double panache, is so unorthodox that it WOULD have been mentioned somewhere in the rules or panache ability if it was supposed to be what happens in general (like in the sidebar p.e. mentioning luck+panache).

not mentioning it anywhere except the feat, makes it valid for the feat only. (by raw that is)
