Is a replaced bloodline power affected by items that increase your bloodline level?

Many sorcerer archetypes have an ability with a sentence along the lines of "This replaces the 1st-level bloodline power granted by the character’s bloodline."

There are to my knowledge 2 ways to boost your bloodline level, one being the Robe of Arcane Heritage and the other being the amulet of the blooded.

If I take an archetype with an ability that replaces one of my bloodline powers, does the boost from either of those items also increase my level for the purpose of the replacement ability?

Only if it replaces it with something labeled as a bloodline power, as Wildblooded does.
