Any good Iconic art in the previews?

My Vigilante would have a very flamboyant alter ego named "El Flamingo".

The idea of an Anniversary Edition of Curse of the Crimson Throne is interesting since I was thinking of running that AP for our most Varisia focused group and it might be nice to have a fully updated Pathfinder version of it.

That's right there was. Occult adventures iconics were in the art preview. Let me just say that everyone's favorite iconic is going to be the kineticist. She rocks. Also, the ... I'm forgetting which one, the one with the spirit companion rocks. There aren't enough elderly iconics and this is downright cool. There's even an overweight iconic. Its the one with Bob the skull.

Basic pictures are in my twitter feed, and probably Wolfgang's as well.

Oh also b5 monsters. I saw 2 of the dragons for sure. Maybe more, I am blanking right now. One is just downright nighrmare-ish in appearance. If you saw one IRL you would never sleep comfortably again.

Looks like a halfling to me. The mesmerist was the gnome I think.

Were the dragons you saw the esoteric dragons or something else?

What art did they show from B5 that wasn't on the blog?

Yes.

They showed the [redacted] dragon and the [redacted] dragon.

Dream Dragon and Nightmare Dragon, probably, good thing not all the new dragons are gentle creatures.

So there was only two pieces of art for the B5 that they showed you that wasn't on the blog?

Were there any new updates about the ACG errata? (one more editing pass, two more editing passes, not until after GenCon, Paizo's thinking it will be a great xmas present, Erik is counting posts asking about it and delaying it a week each time he sees one, etc.)

Hope it's a Nightmare Dragon, although if not, I imagine you could always make one by applying the Nightmare Creature template to a Dream Dragon.

Was there anything else said about B5 that you can remember?

which blackjack?

Presumably the one from the Guide to Korvosa and Curse of the Crimson Throne. He's very much a masked vigilante with a secret identity who's unique to Golarion after all.

It's possible to do his stats with existing stuff, but not easy.

And I'd bet we get a new person as the Iconic vigilante, rather than anyone who's been mentioned before.

Sorry, I meant to say, which version of blackjack?

We now know of 4 different versions, each would have different stats

Wait there are 4 versions of blackjack in pathfinder?

To be fair, there are like, six different Spidermans.

None that I heard, so presumably it's still what Erik posted 6 days ago:

For sure.

As of the start of PaizoCon, Mark posted that they weren't done, but close.

Ahhh, missed the part about "before GenCon".

Very cool, thanks much!

There've been more than that, given that he's a legacy hero and has been around for quite a while.

That said, the only one we've ever seen stats for, or are likely to see stats for in the future is

Spoiler:
Vencarlo Orsini.

The hell are you nerds on about?

There's only one Black Jack, and that guy's a Chaotic Good Vivisectionist/Chirurgeon Alchemist

Crimson Throne Anniversary Edition would have my wallet open in a heartbeat.

Oddly, while I was pining for a book called Ultimate Intrigue almost exactly 2 years ago (when I was spit-balling it would be the book to bring swashbuckling into PF).. I think I need more spoilers to get my enthusiasm level into proper gear.

One new base class in the vigilante? Followed by 230 pages of rules for social combat, verbal sparring, etc? I imagine there's a lot more in there... probably 40+ pages of intriguing archetypes for all classes?

When you say kid do you mean like... teenager or kid... Since I'm pretty sure the rules for kids make them limited to NPC class levels...

It is literally the piece shown on the blog. The bar "back" and the actual bar, with shelves and bottles and lots of details. But it's not a whole building or anything, which would be impossible.

Which blog post please? I can't seem to find the appropriate one.

Now that we're getting a Vigilante class...

Can we hope for an Iron Adventures book that has a Mecha-Pilot-ish class?

'Cause I would kill to have a party of Vigilante/Exemplar/Pilot characters, so that you can make a party of Power Rangers.

We tried and tried and tried to get Baba Yaga's Dancing Hut as the case incentive for Reign of Winter, and it simply wasn't feasible.

I wonder if they would ever do an AP that took place before the death of Aroden?

Someone asked that at the Secrets of Golarion panel. The answer was a resound, "No," from James Jacobs. He mentioned that going back in time effectively undoes all of the work that the team has currently put into Golarion.

See my above post. Since those rules are agist, I would expect them either to be ignored (a la words of power) or errated (unlikely).

"Eight-year old" was specifically mentioned a few times by Jason Bulhuman (during the banquet) and Mark Seifter (after the fact).

I remember listening to Jason Bulmahn and being Mark Seifter (I'm especially sure of the latter), and I know for a fact that I don't know her exact age, despite being the author of her backstory, so I think I can speak with authority when I say that an exact age was not given at the banquet or after.

That said, agreed that when Dale says kid, he means kid!

Looks like a halfling to me. The mesmerist was the gnome I think.

Kineticist: Young human female (looks like she might be from Arcadia, but unsure)

Medium: Adult human male (probably Varisian because of the Harrow cards)
Mesmerist: Adult halfling male (probably Vudrani; he looks like a color-swapped Lem wearing an Indian getup. Was jokingly called "Lem's Evil Brother" several times, but was implied to have a rivalry with Lem based on the artwork referenced.)
Occultist: Adult human male (probably Taldane or Chelaxian; notable for being overweight)
Psychic: Adult human female (Vudrani)
Spiritualist: Old human female (probably garundi; she looks older than Erzen)

Oops. I was probably too excited and heard it wrong. The minute Jason said "kid," it literally took all of my willpower to keep myself from jumping up and down in excitement. Sarah Bull kept giving me these quizzical looks because I only half-managed to stop myself from doing so: I was seated, but my hands were in the air and everything.

Its going to be REALLY funny to watch when Ryan finishes editing the preview banquet video....

Out of curiosity, since it was also your class, who wrote the medium's backstory?

Erik and Brandon are writing all the other ones; I managed to slide in for the kineticist, barely!

So you wrote the kineticist's backstory?

Has it been revealed what kind of kineticist(aether, pyro, etc.) the kineticist iconic is?

I think it hasn't been stated aloud explicitly, but the banquet-goers got a look at a blurry version of the first spread of the class, including the iconic's art, which should give a pretty strong clue.

Yeah, you will get a full rebuild for sure, to the new 6 spirit paradigm. While the new version doesn't have the same crazy and super-neat spirit combo potential of the old, it strongly delivers on the ability to fill in whatever party role you need in a given day, which I think is going to be outstanding for near-random PFS party compositions. "Oh, you're missing an arcane caster, huh? Alright, I head over to the Irespan and call upon the legends of ancient Thassilon; fallen wizards of Bakrakhan, grant me the power of the archmage!"

So I take it that the six spirits are based on the 6 ability scores?
