Can I buy a second deck of sorcerer cards to add duplicate cards like spells blessings exc.?

Nope. You may not adjust the character deck by adding additional cards except those as noted in the rules or rulings here on the boards. Right now, the only cards you can use in addition to the class deck cards are the promo cards from the Iconic Heroes sets (miniatures).

EDIT: Otherwise you could potentially buy six decks in order to stack your favorite weapon or spell, etc. See how broken that concept would be? They are (un)balanced for a reason.
