Have you seen the Season 0 scenarios? More likely than not you came up with the map on your own. Use your best judgment, no one will know the difference :)
The scenario is lacking two maps. I assume that you write of the first encounter, Landell's Camp. I'd just use a forest flipmap and place a large and a huge square as tents. The other encounter lacking a map is The Half-Finished Hall. The scenario text provides the width and height of the map for the encounter, but trust me--you need to enlarge it*. The number of creatures crammed into the area creates a bottleneck when combat breaks out. It's an AOE paradise. Make sure that you give your baddies enough room to join in the melee.
* 25' wide with 5' diameter columns going down the center. In the high tier there are 8 size-large creatures and 1 size-huge, not including the PCs and all their pets. More space is taken up by the sections of columns that the prisoners are working on. No more than two creatures can engage at any time--none of them have a ranged attack either.

I used a bandit camp from Horn of Aroden for the thieves, but will have to draw out the hall. I have the flipmat blank to do it with.
Thank you. I didn't even realize the block text spelled it out. I am gonna draw the room with an entrance on one side and doors on the other side of the flip map. That should be big enough.
Guess they think slings are not good enough, eh? Better to wait in line for Melee.

I ran Kortos Envoy as a PbP on these boards within the last twelve months.
For the "missing" three maps I used:
1. Bandit Lord's Camp: Forest ambush map from Season 3: Vision of Betrayal
2. Yrthak optional: Blank 'top right' Hellscape map, to represent a 'mineralised mountain ridge' the party was trekking on. I wanted to play up the prospectivity of the Kortos Island interior and to foreshadow the Northwind Mine.
(Also, I just really like this map ;)
3. Minotaurs + Rock Troll Fight: I used the BBEG's underground throne room/chamber from 4-01: Rise of the Goblin Guild. It worked pretty well, but there wasn't a lot of room for the minotaurs to maneuver in.
Hmm, I still have my Kortos Envoy maps saved as Google Slides if you want to take a peek. But unfortunately I am on vacation and don't have access to my Google Drive account for another ten days.
If that's not too late, I can PM you the links when I get home. Just let me know!

I will look for your slide show. I think that I'm going to use the map of the Thassilonian ruin from Bronze house reprisal for the minotaur and rock troll fight.
I've been diving through maps from all the winter adventures that I know of... most of them have been so disappointing!
Hmm
PS I've requested access to your slide show... Maybe I can still use it in ten days!
PPS Found the Hellscapes Map in 5-10 Where Mammoths Dare Not Tread!

Wei Ji found that? Why am I not surprised :)
I liked his wristwatch showing it was always "kill o'clock"

I have the Reign of Winter AP and the Winter Portal map looks perfect!
I used a pic of some eyeless, fang-mawed Draconic monster from later in the AP in place of Jerevyx's snow drakes. (I hate the appearance of eyeless critters) The party rolled low on the Knowledge check and had no idea what they were! Those pics/tokens are also in the slideshow.
I also used an item from this list from Raging Swan Press during the PC's hike across the wilderness.
I find it tempting to overuse such lists, but just one or two items can really give dull journeys some depth, while more than that makes the backdrop you've created seem fake.
Creighton Broadhurst from Raging Swan has generated a LOT of similar lists as free GM resources >>here<< if you're interested.
I am sure you are going to knock your players socks off, Hmm! I'll sort out the slideshow links for you when I get home.
