mythic haste, flyby attack, and burrow

Rules Questions

So can a creature that has both burrow and a fly speed be able to start its turn under ground, exit and fly to target, attack, fly back underground in the same round with flyby attack.

Okay.

I'm sorry, what was the question?

Ok. I am a druid who is shapeshifted into a Roc. I have the feat fly by attack. I have burrow cast on me as well as mythic haste. My fly speed is in the hundreds, my burrow speed is like 40. I start my turn under the ground, I come out of ground fly to opponent, attack fly into the ground and burrow away. Is this legal?

Yes.

Liberty's Edge

Well, I don't think you could quite do all of that, and without Mythic Haste you would have to start flying since Flyby attack requires you to be flying (during the time you are using your full-round action).

So you could:

1) Start flying, move to opponent, attack them, fly towards ground. Then use your extra move action from Mythic Haste in order to start burrowing.

or

2) Start the turn Burrowing, use the move action from Mythic Haste to get above ground and into the air. Then use the full-round action to Flyby Attack.

As far as I can tell you can only actually do the flyby attack while flying, I'm not sure if you could use any of the remaining movement from that to start burrowing or not.

Anyone else have an opinion on this?
