In the Greek pantheon, yes.

Are there domain selections and info for her worship in Pathfinder, not so much.

but she is a goddess, right?

I think Frog God Games did some third-party material for Hecate
but I do not think Hecate is in the Pathfinder/Golarion canon

Such a Goddess does not exist in Golarion, the official Pathfinder setting.

She is a Goddess in the historical Greek pantheon and has been adapted to several other RPG settings, though.

3.5 Deities and Demigods, has a full write-up on her.

She's makes an excellent Goddess, for Witches to worship.

Hecate in earlier editions of D&D is neutral evil. I think she has an actual stat block with domains in the 3.0 Deities and Demigods book.

Apparently, her 3.0 domains were Chaos, Decay, Domination, Evil, Hatred, Madness, Magic, Pestilence, Spell, Suffering, and Wrath.

Under Pathfinder, a stab at her Domains (Subdomains) would be something like Evil (Daemon), Destruction (Hatred), Madness (Insanity), Magic (Arcane), Knowledge (Thought), and (Curse).

Someone better versed with the mythology could do much better, I'm sure. All I remember about Hecate at the moment involved her true form having three faces. I might be getting her mixed up with someone else.

In Greek Mythology, she was, if I remember correctly, considered an outsider to the core pantheon- she came from an eastern cult that migrated in.

Bernard Evslin, in his Monsters of Mythology books, used the notion that she was the daughter of Theseus and an Egyptian goddess. In those books, she is Hades second in command until she quits to marry a masochistic poet named Thallo. Hades hires the sphinx to eat Thallo (thinking Hecate will come back to work for him once the object of her affections is gone), but it goes badly and the sphinx decides to work for Zeus (which eventually goes badly too) or gets frozen in the River Styx and dropped in Egypt to thaw out (Evslin wasn't opposed to ambiguous endings and has admitted he didn't think any monster would commit suicide if someone solved their riddle).

Visually she is often portrayed as a three faced woman, sometimes three human faces and sometimes three dog faces (almost like a humanoid Cerberus).

1e AD&D Deities and Demigods has her in the greek section, page 69, copyright 1980

Lawful Evil. The 'Goddess of Magic' and typically known as 'the Moon Goddess'

Can cast 2 spells per round at night as a 20th level mage or illusionist. Travels with hellhounds and clerics of Hecate will not be attacked by them.

Well, as someone who first played D & D in 1979, I can say with confidence as a game Pathfinder is much better overall. That was RPGs infancy and a lot has been learned.

For Hecate's disciple-

"I offer You this incense Child of Zeus
Arrow Shooter, Heavenly One, Goddess of Harbours.
Mountain Roamer, Goddess of Crossroads,
Nocturnal One of the Underworld,
Shadowy One of Hades,
Still One Who Frightens
Having a feast among the graves.
You are Night, Darkness, and Broad Chaos,
For You are Necessity, hard to escape
You are Fate, You are Erinyes and the Torture,
You are Murderess and Justice
You hold Cerberus in chains,
You are steely blue with serpent scales,
O Serpent Haired and Serpent Girdled One,
Blood Drinker
Death Bringer Who Breeds Corruption,
Feaster on Hearts,
Flesh Eater Who Devours Those Who Died Before Their Time,
Grave Resounder,
Driver to the Wanderings of Madness,
Come to my sacrifices and fulfill this task for me!"
