Kval and medium weapon size.

I want to create a Kval character(tiny character can wield a small weapon),but if i use the feat Monkey grip, can he wield a medium weapon at -2 penality??

It would do nothing(unless your GM says so) since Monkey Grip says one size category larger than you which is Small since you are Tiny and you can already use those weapons.
