Issues with Sidecart and "Ship As Soon As Possible"

I just recently added the Pathfinder Role Playing Game subscription to my account, with the first item being Pathfinder Unchained.

I initially intended to wait for it to ship with my Adventure Path subscription, but I decided that I'd like to get it sooner, since it's already available, and hopefully have the PDF available for my game next week. I have twice now attempted to use the Ship As Soon As Possible option to get the book faster, confirming the order each time.

Unfortunately, it has had no apparent effect. Pathfinder Unchained is still in my Sidecart and still listed as waiting to ship with my next subscription shipment. I feel like I must be doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. At this point I feel like I would've been better off not getting the subscription, buying the book at the local gaming store and ordering the PDF separately. A little help would be appreciated...

I'm sorry that hasn't been working for you! The "ship as soon as possible" button has been misbehaving. The tech team needs to take a look at what the goblins are up to there.

I have moved this out to a new order (you should get a new order confirmation email). I'll make sure this goes out as soon as possible!
