Is there a pathfinder tales set in Sandpoint or Varisia? I'm just trying to get more context and set it in my mind better. Or, something that would help me with the culture of the chelexians, varisians, or shoanti? I Am looking for the stories, but any recommendations of source books or rule books are welcome too.

About half of Winter Witch and most of the upcoming Lord of Runes are set in Varisia (both begin in Korvosa), as is Blood of the City (set in Magnimar).

Lord of Runes includes Chelaxian, Varisian, and Shoanti characters and the differences among them. It's very much influenced by the settings of the Rise of the Runelords and Curse of the Crimson Throne Adventure Paths.

Also, this short story is set in Korvosa. It makes for good pre-reading of Lord of Runes, too.

The Redemption Engine features the city of Kaer Maga, written by the location's creator and Paizo's fiction editor, James L. Sutter. The first third of the Pathfinder's Journal novella, The Compass Stone (edited and largely written by Sutter), takes place in Varisia, with sections in such locations as Magnimar, Korvosa, Kaer Maga, and the Cinderlands. The novella, Light of a Distant Star, by Bill Ward, takes place in
Riddleport.

A number of web fiction short stories are also set in Varisia, including:

I'm shocked that you didn't mention Prince of Wolves since you wrote it! There is a very Varisian flavor throughout large parts of the book.

The pathfinder comics btw are set around Sandpoint. The graphic novel compilation even contains additional RPG background material on Sandpoint iirc.

Also James Jacob's Shadows Under Sandpoint Campaign Journal might deserve a mention here...

Yes but Prince of Wolves is about the Varissians of Ustalav and not the Varissians of Varissa.
