Goblins at the USPS?

Well, my subscription shipment (Order 3494103) seems to have made it to my local Post Office and then disappeared according to the tracking info - I'm guessing Goblins. How long should I wait before contacting a Venture-Captain to get the Pathfinders on the case?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that it should be reaching you soon. Sometimes shipments that are sent via Mail Innovations can hit a bit of a snag when they are transferred to a local post office for delivery, but 9 times out of 10 they show up, just a little bit late.

I would say to give the shipment just a little bit more time to reach you, possibly towards the middle of next week. If you still haven't seen it by then, we should be able to put a replacement into your May subscription order.

If there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime, just give me a holler.

Edit: Just to be clear, I'm not ruling out the possibility of goblins at the Post Office. It would actually explain quite a lot...
