Need help registering

Howdy!
I purchased a cleric deck at GenCon 2014 and started a Kyra character. I received a player number but when I went to sign up it asked for a code.
Which I apparently don't have. So I signed up as if I had a new account hoping I may be able to use my player number there, but it assigned me a new number which has none of my progress.
So I need 2 things:
1) Reset my account so I can create an account using my player number that I got at GenCon.
2) Apparently I need a code.

Can you help?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I think I should be able to help you out. What I'll need you to do is send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the PFS # that is associated with your Kyra character. Once you do that, I'll get back to you and let you know what I find out.
