In the Field Guide on page 14, there are a bunch of Andoran prestige awards.

I was Andoran faction, but that is gone. I'm now Liberty's Edge. Can I still purchase those with my prestige points?

Yes, I read that. But it says vanities. Vanities are a different section in the Field Guide than the prestige awards.

Since there aren't any other faction specific "vanities", that's referring to the prestige awards.
